This is the third and final comic pack that I bought last week and I will be expecting Wolverine and Captain America this week…
Thor
Thor has by far, arguably the best sculpt from Marvel Universe… I like how they made him bigger compared to the rest of the figures because after all he is a god…
They based the sculpt from the more modern Thor and I think it kinda looks like the miniature version of the one from Marvel Select… the whole sculpt is close to perfect without the small blemishes on the helmet area… I like the detail on the face and how the hair turned out… the cape also turned out great along with the silver chain mail on his arms and legs… even the Mjolnir looks very authentic and believable…
Paint job is superb and I can’t really find any major flaws except for some overlapping yellow paint on his boots… I love the dark red paint application on the cape and it really made it flow smoothly…
Articulation-wise I think it is very well articulated and that is because of one thing… it has swivel articulation on the upper legs… I hope Hasbro will start to consider adding this to their upcoming new figures…
Iron Man

I don’t really like this figure at all… the only reason I got this pack is because it has Thor in it to be honest… they based the sculpt on the Iron Man Extremis armor which is not one of my favorites…
I have no issue with the paint I think they did a solid job going for the hot rod red and gold and it looks great…
It has the typical Marvel Universe articulations… ball jointed neck, ball hinged shoulders, swivel biceps, singe hinge elbows and ball jointed wrist… also has a ball jointed torso with no swivel at the waist… it’s got ball joints on the hips and double hinged knees… surprisingly though, there is not articulation on the ankles which is really weird… it’s really hard to make the figure stand up on it’s own you really have to be patient with it…
Compared to the Iron Man Extremis from Marvel Select
I would really wanna see a comic that features Thor going up against Sentry it would be a really great match…
