So Kobe has finally surpassed his old friend Shaq in the all time scoring list. He nabbed the fifth spot after draining a perimeter jump shot just right inside the three point line earlier during the match that they lost against the Sixers. He went straight to business early on scoring his needed 24 of the Lakers’ 45, five minutes before the halftime (he only needed 24 to top Shaq’s 28,596).
This is a very interesting still image taken from the trailer of Marvel’s The Avengers that was released during the Super Bowl yesterday. We finally have a glimpse of what looks like a horde of Skrulls (or Redacted, their new name in the movie because Fox still owns the Skrulls). Although some suggest that they look like Frost Giants with some sort of tech but I think that’s not the case. We just have to wait and see this coming May.
The wave 2 of the New Marvel Legends is already out. MrJoecapone already posted a haul vid featuring wave 1 and 2. He mentioned that his friend got them from the Bay area. I wish I had teleportation powers right now :(
I was actually thinking of doing a short hiatus. Probably about 2-3 months of not buying any toys thinking that wave 2 would come out around April or May or later but I guess there will be no hiatus for me in the next coming months.

The LA Lakers have their own big three. They have one of the best front court players in the league right now and arguable the second best player to ever play the game. But what is lacking? Why are they in this dangerous spot early on in the season?
I am not really a basketball analyst but I love watching the game and I do know how it goes. So here is my attempt to figure out what the Lakers need to better their game and get to the finals again this year.
- Better back court assistance - No offense to Derek Fisher, but he is getting old. He is known as the league’s current “Iron Man” for not missing a single game since god knows when. He has been playing for over 500 games straight and he needs a lot of help especially now that his backup Stephen Blake is out with a rib injury.
- Go Deep - The Lakers’ bench has never been the same since Lamar Odom left and Metta World Peace is doing his best to be the bench’s leader but the team has not gotten any substantial help from them since the season opener. Young guys like Morris and Goudelock need to step up their game.
- Better Execution - Phil Jackson’s absence can be really felt most of the time and that is understandable since the team is still adjusting to Mike Brown’s new system. They have been utilizing the triangle offense for so long and trying a new system could take some time but they need to hurry up that process if they hope to end the regular season above .500.
I’ve been trying to find out what I can do with the new Marvel Legends and here is what I have going so far.

In the comics, he uses a transparent photon shield that comes out through his wrist and it’s available as a variant but I don’t have that yet. And I’m planning to make a custom one soon.
