I planned on going to Cebu originally for the sole purpose of getting some loose action figures but it didn’t really work out -_- Most toy stores there sell MOC hard to find stuff like variants and rare ones so they were all really expensive. But oh well, I guess I would just settle with these three that I got.

Supergirl, Heath Ledger Joker and Shocker.

I’ve seen this figure at our local TRU but it really sucks because she comes in a two pack with that lame Lex Luthor figure so I just keep on passing her up. Good thing I was able to find a loose one!

I think it’s kinda weird how her panties are blue when in the comics it’s always white >:( Yes, I do pay attention to that lol.

Articulation is pretty standard female DCUC with movement on the neck (kinda hindered because of the hair and cape), ball joints on the shoulders, swivel biceps and wrists, single jointed elbows, T-joints on the hips, swivel on the upper thighs, single jointed knees and ankles.

I’ve always wanted to get this Heath Ledger Joker figure ever since it got out but it’s still freaking expensive in package. The likeness to the character in the movie is awesome and I think it’s a must have if you’re a fan of Nolan’s Batman movies.

I wouldn’t really wanna know how he got those scars lol.

My camera sucks at focusing lol but even so, it really looks like the Joker from the movie.

Lol this character really reminds me of waffles. I wanna eat it!

I want to complete all the current and past members of the Sinister Six and now that I have Shocker, I only need to look for Mysterio, Vulture and Kraven.

Notice that knob on his back? You just turn it and the figure fucking vibrates lol! Girls would love this figure.

This figure has great sculpt and the likeness to the character in the comics is fairly accurate. But it’s missing some articulation. It’s awesome how it has ankle pivots or ankle rockers (as how Hasbro would prefer) but It sucks because it doesn’t have any movement on the elbows and wrist area -_-

It was raining hard so I got bored and decided to do this video.
I really make it a priority to watch movies on their premiere dates so I can beat the critics to it… so I won’t be forced to judge the movie by it’s box office rating or online reviews… so 48 hours after I’ve watch Green Lantern, I have come to the realization that it’s a great film… but I have to admit, within that 48-hour time frame there was a time when I have succumbed to what most people said about it because they kinda made sense but then I don’t know… I’m the world’s greatest fanboy and it is innate in me to dismiss all the criticisms about the things that I like.

I was really skeptical when they announced Ryan Reynolds would play Hal Jordan about a couple of years ago because I thought he would be so out of character judging from the movies he has been in and I really think he would be awesome being The Flash instead but after watching the movie, I was sorta impressed because he did a good job.

I really liked how the costume turned out… alota people have complained that the movie is too CGI heavy but I really think they had too make it that way because how else could they make it?… I really liked Hal’s constructs and I think it sold the movie for me… and Kilowog!… good choice in picking Michael Clarke Duncan as voice actor… too bad we don’t really get to see him much but it’s still pretty awesome (the only spoiler)

I think aside from Ryan Reynold’s awesome performance, I have to mention that Mark Strong also did a splendid job as Sinestro… this guy is starting to be the most badass villain in the past couple of years… from Kick-Ass to Sherlocke Holmes… I really wanna see him as a legitimate villain in the sequel.

One major complaint that I have though is that it doesn’t have a real legitimate villain… and it sorta reminds me of that dreaded Fantastic Four Rise Of The Silver Surfur… you have to watch the movie to figure out why I said that… and I think it would have been awesome if they decided to just skip the whole Parallax thing and just had Sinestro as the main villain…

But overall, I say it’s an awesome movie and it has a lot of fan service while also serving other people who are not into comics as well… it’s still a summer blockbuster movie so as expected, they had to do some minor changes to cater to a lot of people, comic fans or not… and I recommend people to stop believing what critics say and just watch it…
Adopted by Odin, Loki could have been a beloved god. Loki However, his jealousy of his foster brother, Thor, and desire for Odin’s throne led him from his honored place. Now, this rogue prince will stop at nothing to destroy Thor and all he holds dear to gain control of awesome Asgard!
Blackheart is the son of Mephisto, one of the many rulers of the Underworld and a frequent opponent of Earth’s heroes. Like his father, Blackheart desires power above all else and has shown a willingness to go to great lengths to achieve it.
I’m sorry for the crappy camera lol.
He is Spider-Man’s greatest enemy; Green Goblin he has been, almost since the beginning. A maniacal manifestation of Norman Osborn’s chemical-induced insanity, the Green Goblin has done more than any other villain to wreck the web-slinger’s world. Always, he has terrorized Peter Parker’s friends and loved ones. Even his own son - Peter’s best friend, Harry - was poisoned by the Goblin legacy. He killed Gwen Stacy, the first great love of Peter’s life. And then - years after Spider-Man watched him die, impaled on his own Goblin Glider - Osborn returned to cast a shadow of evil over his hated foe!

Just got back from the cinema and I’m still pretty stoked…
this is just a short review and my initial reaction to the movie…
I liked it alot… Asgard was properly represented and I really liked
how Heimdall was portrayed… solid acting from Chris Hemsworth
even if it’s just his frist time to lead a whole movie… of course Natalie
portman was lovely as ever… I also liked their decision to put Kat
Dennings in the cast for that extra adorableness and added comic relif…

I really didn’t like the dude who played Volstagg… and I just checked and
to my surprise, it was Ray Stevenson, the same guy who got the role of Punisher back in 2008… I don’t know man, I just didn’t like his performance…Volstagg
is adorable and jolly funny in the comics and I didn’t see that in the movie… overall, the movie was awesome…
